We have tried 1. switching HDMI cords 2. We changed out the HDMI plate 3. Tried different display ports. 4. Was going to switch out the adaptor itself, but didn't have a replacement Display port to HDMI [2026-03-24 10:40] Ran a new hdmi cable from wall plate to projector. Confirmed good pic.
